We are one of the major Fibre Cable manufacturer in Malayia. We are currently in the process of develop our market to international fronts. Hence, we need to adhere to the rule and regulation of the respective countries, in which we intended to export our products.
Our production is based on International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and Electronic Industries Association (EIA) standard. Besides, we are also a MS ISO 9002 certified company. Do we need to get our product certified or approved by your country authority before selling into Vietnam? is there any restriction which we sould adhere to if we want to sell either private or Governmet sectors? Kindly advise |
Referring to your e-mail deted 23 August 2003 on the Fibre Optic Cable, we would like to answer as followings:
- According to current regulation (Decision No46/201/QD-TTg and Decision No 150/2003/QD-TTg on the management of goods export and import in the 2001-2005 period anf Circular No 02/2001/TT-TCBD dated 25 april 2001, issud by General Department for Post & Telecommunication, guidance on management of imported – exported post & telecommunication commodities in period 2001-2005), the fibre optic cable is under compulsory quality certification scheme. Your product shoul be inspected by Vietnamese Inspection Authority if you intend to export to Vietnam market.
